We process the photos and videos you select directly on your device and send only the frames required to build a sticker pack.

2. Information We Collect

Carita does not transport your media to our servers. All processing happens on the user's device, and stickers are only persisted for the active app session.

Videos processed are not stored or transmitted by Carita.

Limited analytics are collected regarding to help us keep Carita reliable.

3. Analytics & Event Data

We collect limited app analytics to understand product usage and keep Carita reliable.

• Actions people take in the app, such as creating or sharing sticker packs.
• General app context, like which screen or feature was used.
• Basic device/app context such as but not limited to: device model, operating system version, system language, system timezone, app version, and country of the user.

We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell this data.

4. How We Use Your Information

The collected telemetry helps us keep the upload pipeline stable, diagnose failures, and prioritize future reliability improvements. We never use telemetry to build advertising profiles or sell data.

Analytics data are sent over encrypted connections and kept within Tubtaco infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

Analytics records are kept only as long as needed for service reliability and product improvement, then removed. Media and sticker assets exist only for the duration of the request and are purged shortly afterward.

6. Security

• We use encrypted transport for data sent between your device and our services.
• We restrict access to analytics systems to authorized maintainers.
• We monitor reliability and investigate unusual activity to protect the service.

7. Children's Privacy

Carita is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 should use the app only with parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

When the app or infrastructure changes materially, this page will be updated and the change announced in-app. Continued use indicates acceptance.
