Fiber Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Fiber, a daily dietary-fiber tracking app provided by Jonah Witcig. By downloading or using Fiber, you agree to these terms.

2. Fiber Is Not Medical Advice

Fiber provides general tracking tools and food-fiber estimates for informational purposes only. It does not provide medical, nutritional, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet or health.

3. Your Use of the App

You may use Fiber for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for the food entries and custom values you add. We may update, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the app.

4. Fiber Plus Subscription

Fiber Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium app features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Fiber does not cancel a subscription. Trial eligibility, pricing, duration, and available features are shown in the app and on the App Store before purchase.

5. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Fiber available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every food-fiber estimate will be complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiber is provided “as is” and “as available.”

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonah Witcig and Fiber are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of Fiber is also governed by the Fiber Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when Fiber or applicable law changes. The current version will be posted at this URL. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
