Plant Watering Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Plant Watering, a houseplant care app provided by Jonah Witcig. By downloading or using Plant Watering, you agree to these terms.

2. Care Guidance

Plant Watering provides scheduling and reminder tools for general informational purposes. Plant needs vary with species, soil, light, pot, climate, and season. You remain responsible for deciding when and how to care for a plant.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for plant names, photos, schedules, and other content you add. You represent that you have the right to store that content. Optional iCloud sync is provided through your Apple account.

4. Plant Watering Plus

Plant Watering Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Pricing, duration, trial eligibility, and the currently included features are shown in the app and App Store before purchase.

5. Availability

We aim to keep Plant Watering available, but notifications, StoreKit, iCloud, and widgets depend on Apple services and device settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.”

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonah Witcig and Plant Watering are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app, including plant loss or unavailable reminders. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Privacy

Your use of Plant Watering is also governed by the Plant Watering Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the app or applicable law changes. The current version remains posted at this URL.
